Abstract

Un système LIDAR à détection directe (100) comprend un modulateur (12) pour conférer un spectre en peigne à un rayonnement laser qui est émis en direction d’un volume-cible (T). Le spectre en peigne permet d’utiliser une technologie à base de fibres optiques et/ou de circuits optiques intégrés pour réaliser un ensemble de source de rayonnement (1) du système LIDAR, tout en dépassant une valeur limite de puissance de rayonnement qui est due à la diffusion stimulée par effet Brillouin. Une valeur d’un intervalle spectral inter-pics du rayonnement laser émis est sélectionnée électriquement par rapport à un écart de longueur de trajet optique qui est effective dans un interféromètre (3) du système LIDAR. De cette façon, toutes les composantes spectrales en forme de pics d’un rayonnement collecté (RC) contribuent à des signaux de mesure qui sont utilisés pour obtenir une valeur de vitesse d’un contenu du volume-cible.Figure d’abrégé : Figure 1
