Abstract

L’invention concerne un système d’assistance cardiaque comprenant : - une pompe cardiaque implantable en intraventriculaire, - une unité de traitement, - au moins une sonde destinée à être placée sur une paroi externe du cœur. L’unité de traitement comprend une fonction de gestion de la pompe cardiaque, une fonction de stimulation et/ou une fonction de défibrillation. L’unité de traitement est configurée pour : - réaliser des mesures d’impédance cardiographie entre ladite au moins une sonde et une partie métallique de la pompe cardiaque de façon à déterminer des paramètres hémodynamiques suivants : - un délai électro-mécanique cardiaque à partir des mesures d’impédance cardiographie, - une durée de remplissage de sang dans le cœur à partir des mesures d’impédance cardiographie, - une durée d’éjection de sang depuis le cœur à partir des mesures d’impédance cardiographie et - une variation de volume du ventricule droit et/ou du ventricule gauche au cours du temps.
