The control unit consists of movable 8 and immovable 13 parts. The movable part 8 has a form of a pinion carrier connected to the auxiliary motor 1, satellite pinions of which are engaged to the central pinion 7 coupled to the main motor 20 and set on the hollow shaft 5. The immovable part 13 comprises satellite pinions, which are engaged to the central pinion 16, set on the control shaft 15.
