Abstract

Η περιγραφoμένη μέθοδος παραγωγής σιδηροπυριτίου, σε ένα φούρνο ενεργειακού εργοστασίου που χρησιμοποιεί για καύσιμό του υλικό περιέχον άνθρακα του οποίου οι σκωρίες περιέχουν άνθρακα σιδήρου κατά ποσότητα 10-20% κατά βάρος, περιλαμβάνει το σχηματισμό στο φούρνο του ενεργειακού εργοστασίου ενός λουτρού τετηγμένων σκωριών και την κατεύθυνση επί της επιφανείας του μιας εγχύσεως καυσίμου υδρογονάνθρακος, ώστε να θερμαίνεται το λουτρό σε θερμοκρασία 1700-1800 βαθμούς Κελσίου. Μαζί με το καύσιμο υδρογονάνθρακος, κατευθύνονται επί του λουτρού τα κονιώδη προϊόντα καύσεως του περιέχοντος άνθρακα υλικού, και ανακτάται σιδηροπυρίτιο από τις σκωρίες που αποδίδει η διαδικασία καύσεως του καυσίμου. ω
