Abstract

H εφεύρεση περιγράφει την παραγωγή στερεού καυσίμου από μίγματα πλαστικών που προέρχονται από δημοτικά απορρίμματα. Τα δημοτικά πλαστικά απορρίμματα αλέ?ονται, αναμιγνύονται με ξυλώδεις ύλες και επεξεργάζονται με σύστημα εξώ?ησης, για την παραγωγή κόκκων, ράβδου και δοκών που κόβονται στο επι?υμητό μήκος. Το παραγόμενο προϊόν χρησιμοποιείται σαν καύσιμο σε ?ερμάστρες και καυστήρες στερεών καυσίμων. Τυπική διάταξη μονάδας παραγωγής απεικονίζεται στο Σχήμα 1. ωThe invention describes the production of solid fuel from mixtures of plastics derived from municipal waste. Municipal plastic waste is ground, mixed with woody materials and processed with an extrusion system to produce granules, rods and beams that are cut to the desired length. The produced product is used as fuel in boilers and solid fuel burners. A typical production unit layout is illustrated in Figure 1. ω
