Abstract
Διαδικασία για το διαχωρισμό και ανάκτηση νικελίου από αμμωνιακό υγρό ανθρακικού αμμωνίου το οποίο περιλαμβάνει ιόντα νικελίου ΙΙ και ιόντα κοβαλτίου ΙΙΙ με εξαγωγή υγρού- υγρού όπου αμμωνιακά διαλύματα ανθρακικού αμμωνίου είναι οι μόνες υδατικές φάσεις οι χρησιμοποιούμενες στη διαδικασία. Η διαδικασία περιλαμβάνει τα διαδοχικά βήματα. (α) οξείδωσης του μεγαλύτερου μέρους οιασδήποτε αμίνης κοβαλτίου ΙΙ στο αμμωνιακό υγρό σε κοβάλτιο ΙΙΙ. (β) εξαγωγής νικελίου από το αμμωνιακό υγρό με οργανικό αντιδραστήριο, το οποίο αντιδραστήριο μπορεί να περιλαμβάνει επίσης ένα κατάλληλο αντιδραστήριο τροποποίησης για σχηματισμό μιας με νικέλιο φορτωμένης οργανικής φάσεως και μια αμμωνιακή φάση ανθρακικού αμμωνίου η οποία περιλαμβάνει κοβάλτιο. (γ) αφαίρεσης του νικελίου του φορτωμένου στην οργανική φάση χαρακτηριζόμενης με την επαφή της οργανικής φάσεως με αμμωνιακό διάλυμα ανθρακικού αμμωνίου για σχηματισμό φορτωμένου με νικέλιο υδατικού υγρού αφαίρεσης. ω
