Abstract

Η εφεύρεση συνίσταται στην ανάπτυξη νέων αντιδιαβρωτικών χρωμάτων που αποτελούνται από ένα πολυμέρη φορέα (όπως λ.χ. το Εποξυδικό κλπ.) και από πιγμέντα η-ημιαγωγικά οξείδια, και σε ενίσχυση των ιδιοτήτων αντιδιαβρωτικών χρωμάτων (όπως λ.χ. η Coal Tar Epoxy, το Χλωριομένο Καουτσούκ κλπ.) Στα νέα αυτά Αντιδιαβρωτικά Χρώματα γίνεται προσθήκη η-ημιαγωγικών οξειδίων καθαρών ή μικτών (ντοπαρισμένων) όπως λ.χ. τα καθαρά ΑΙ2Ο3, Ερυθρά Ιλύ (που περιέχει ΑΙ2Ο3 και Fe2O3), SnO, MgO, SnO2 ή τα μικτά οξείδια AI2O3+MgO ή SnO2 κλπ. και σε αναλογία: ΦΟΡΕΑΣ: ΟΥΣΙΑ (ΠΙΓΜΕΝΟ) = 1έως 50 Για να παραχθούν οι ουσίες αυτές θα πρέπει να ακολουθηθεί ειδική χημική επεξεργασία. Επίσης, η εφεύρεση αυτή αναφέρεται στη δυνατότητα βελτίωσης των αντιδιαβρωτικών ιδιοτήτων ήδη υπαρχόντων αντιδιαβρωτικών χρωμάτων, με τη χρησιμοποίηση η-ημιαγωγικών οξειδίων. Τέλος, η εφεύρεση αυτή αναφέρεται στην ανάπτυξη των αντιδιαβρωτικών ιδιοτήτων των νέων αυτών χρωμάτων με τη χρήση της καθοδικής προστασίας καθώς επίσης και στη δυνατότητα αντικατάστασης μέρους από τήν απαιτούμενη τάση καθοδικής προστασίας με τα η-μιαγωγικά οξείδια (πιγμέντα). ω
