Abstract

Μία μέθοδος παραγωγής ενός κοίλου είδους τροφίμου η οποία περιλαμβάνει εφαπτομενικήν τοποθέτησιν δύο τουλάχιστον στρώσεων υλικού το οποίον περιέχει άμυλον δια να σχηματισθή ένα υλικόν κατά στρώσεις όπου εκάστη των αναφερθεισών στρώσεων έχει περιωρισμένην χημικήν συγγένειαν δια την γειτονικήν στρώσιν (τας στρώσεις), σχηματοποίησιν του αναφερθέντος υλικού εις στρώσεις δια τον σχηματισμόν ενός μη μαγειρευμένου είδους τροφίμου, δημιουργίαν στεγανώσεως εις την διεπιφάνειαν μεταξύ των γειτονικών στρώσεων εις τα άκρα του είδους τροφίμου και μαγείρεμα του αναφερθέντος είδους τροφίμου κατά έναν τρόπον τοιούτον ώστε ο ατμός ο οποίος παράγεται εντός του είδους τροφίμου κατά την διάρκεια του μαγειρεύματος να απομακρύνει τας γειτονικάς στρώσεις εις ένα σημείον το οποίον απέχει από τα άκρα του είδους τροφίμου, ενώ διατηρεί επαφήν μεταξύ των γειτονικών στρώσεων εις τα άκρα του είδους τροφίμου. ω
