Abstract

Σύστημα καλουπιών στράγγισης τυροπήγματος παραδοσιακής φέτας κατασκευασμένων από ενισχυμένο πολυπροπυλαίνιο κατάλληλο για τρόφιμα, αποτελούμενο από κυρίως καλούπι, υπερκείμενο καλούπι, κοινή διάτρητη πλάκα (πυθμένας). Το σύστημα είναι κατάλληλο για παραγωγή τεμαχίων τυριού φέτας για συσκευασία σε λευκοσίδηρο τενεκέ διαστάσεων 230 Χ 230 χιλιοστά . Χαρακτηριστικά του παραπάνω συστήματος είναι η κωνική διάταξη που διευκολύνει την εξαγωγή τυροπήγματος, οι κωνικές οπές στράγγισης για τέλειο καθαρισμό, η εφαρμογή του υπερκειμένου καλουπιού στο κυρίως καλούπι με τρόπο που να διευκολύνεται η στράγγιση και η χρήση της διάτρητης πλάκας σαν κοινού πυθμένα και σαν ενδιάμεσου χωρίσματος των ταψιών. ω
