Abstract

The blower / drain member can be disconnected from the incontinence section to provide a user-controlled device. A magnetic medium valve is integrated in the user-controlled incontinence section, for magnetic activation with an external magnet. The middle valve is normally closed and magnetically actuated in an open state. Removal of the external magnet from the vicinity of the penis allows the middle valve to assume its normally closed position. In one embodiment of the invention, the valve means comprises a characteristic pressure relief element. In another embodiment of the invention there is no characteristic pressure relief element. ω
