Abstract

Τα τροποποιημένα ευδιάλυτα ανθρώπινα CD4 τμήματα, τα οποία είναι αρμόδια για την δέσμευση της HIV Gρ120 πρωτεϊνης και τα οποία δεν επεμβαίνουν στην λειτουργία και τον πολλαπλασιασμό των Τ λεμφοκυττάρων, που δεν έχουν μολυνθεί με τον HIV, τα DNA που κωδικοποιούν αυτά τα τμήματα και οι χρήσεις αυτών.
