Abstract

Κοινολογείται μια μέθοδος χρησιμοποίησης οξειδίων 1,2,4- βενζοτριαζίνης ως ραδιοευαισθητοποιητών και επιλεκτικών κυτταροτοξικών παραγόντων. Οι ενώσεις δείχνεται ότι ευαισθητοποιούν ειδικά τα υποξικά κύτταρα όγκων και επιπλέον κοινολογούνται ως χρήσιμες ως ειδικοί κυτταροτοξικοί παράγοντες για τα κύτταρα αυτά. ω
