Abstract
Είς πιεζοηλεκτρικός ανεμιστήρ αποτελείται από δύο αντιθέτως ταλαντευόμενα εύκαμπτα πτερύγια τα οποία κινούνται εν συντονισμώ υπό ενός διμόρφου (BIMORPH) αποτελουμένου από δύο πιεζοηλεκτρικά στοιχεία κάμψεως. Ο ανεμιστήρ προβλέπεται εντός του αγωγού ροής ενός λέϊζερ κυκλοφορούντος αερίου. Η θέσιςεις λειτουργίαν του πιεζοηλεκτρικού ανεμιστήρος χρησιμεύει προς δημιουργίαν μιας ροής ενός εξ αερίου μέσου ενός λέϊζερ προς μίαν επιθυμουμένην κατεύθυνσιν δια μέσου του αγωγού ροής,επανασυμπληρούσα ως εκ τούτου το εξ αερίου μέσον μεταξύ ενός ζεύγους ηλεκτροδίων λέϊζερ.
