Abstract

Η εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με μία συσκευή (διάταξη) για την ταχεία μανδάλωση και την καθυστερημένη απομανδάλωση των μηχανισμών κλεισίματος της θύρας μηχανών με εσωτερικά τμήματα που υφίστανται περιστροφή λόγω αδράνειας, ιδίως δε για τις θύρες των μηχανικών πλυντηρίων, στα οποία μία ράβδος ολισθήσεως 15 εργάζεται μαζί με το άγκιστρο 100 του μανδάλου της θύρας και συσχετίζεται με ένα πείρο 21 που μανδαλώνει την προαναφερθείσα ράβδο ολισθήσεως 15 υπό ορισμένες συνθήκες, χαρακτηρίζεται δε από το γεγονός ότι ο πείρος μανδαλώσεως 21 κινητοποιείται από την κινητή πλάκα επαφής 8 ενός μικροδιακόπτη, που έχει επίσης προορισμό να λειτουργεί σαν διακόπτης σειράς, μέσω ενός ταλαντούμενου βραχίονα 6 που κινείται από μια διμεταλλική ταινία 2 κατάλληλα θερμασμένη και ηλεκτρικά συνδεδεμένη με το σύστημα ελέγχου εκκινήσεως της μηχανής, όπου ένα κατάλληλο τμήμα της κινητής πλάκας επαφής 8 του μικροδιακόπτη υφίσταται με την σειρά του το φορτίο ενός έκκεντρου αναστολέα 12, το δε φορτίο τούτο έχει σαν λειτουργία του, αυξανόμενο και μειωνόμενο, να διορθώνει το χρόνο διεισδύσεως και το καθυστερημένο άνοιγμα της μανδαλώσεως της θύρας, όπου η διμεταλλική ταινία θερμαίνεται μέσω ενός τεμαχίου P.T.C. 5, και η διμεταλλική ταινία 2, το τεμάχιο P.T.C. 5 και ο ταλαντούμενος βραχίονας 6 κείνται απλώς το ένα τεμάχιο επί του άλλου, έτσι ώστε να υπάρχει εξασφάλιση των συνθηκών εκείνων υπό τις οποίες οι χρόνοι καμπυλώματος και ευθυγραμμίσεως της διμεταλλικής ταινίας 2 παραμένουν σταθεροί με την πάροδο του χρόνου.ΰ
