Abstract
Περιγράφεται μέθοδος διασταύρωσης πολυμερών στυρολίου και των συμπολυμερών του προς μακροπλεγματικά υλικά Mc 30.000-50.000 που σχηματίζουν αδιάλυτο πήγμα που μορφοποιείται σε EXTRUDER προς σωματίδια 3-5 εκ και υποβάλλεται σε σουλφόνωση με πυκνό θειϊκό οξύ, με oleum θειϊκό οξύ, με τριοξείδιο του θείου και με χλωροσουλφονικό οξύ, με εισαγωγή σουλφονικών ομάδων σε μεγάλη πυκνότητα και με εισαγωγή νιτρικών ομάδων με συνθήκες νίτρωσης και με εισαγωγή καρβοξυλικών ομάδων με το συμπολυμερές στυρολίου-ακρυλονιτριλίου. Το χλωροσουλφονικό οξύ προωθεί σουλφόνωση και διασταύρωση με εισαγωγή γεφυρών με την σουλφονική ομάδα που ελέγχεται με προώθηση ρυθμιστή οξικού οξέος 10-15 % και σχηματίζεται αδιάλυτος όγκος πηκτής που μετά την έκχυση του διαλυτικού υποβάλλεται σε κατεργασία με καυστικό νάτριο 30 % μετά την οποία και με επάρκεια αλκάλεως με ανάδευση και θέρμανση το μακροπλεγματικό υλικό ρέει και παραλαμβάνεται και υποβάλλεται σε κατεργασία με τον EXTRUDER με παραγωγή σωματιδίων 3-5 εκ. τα προϊόντα που παράγονται μετά εξουδετέρωση, μετά συρρίκνωση προς 10 % περιεχόμενο νερό και μετά απόσμηση με θέρμανση στους 160 ο με εφαρμογή κενού μετατρέπονται σε υλικά που προσροφάν ενδομοριακά νερό 70-300 φορές το βάρος τους, και όπως είναι σε σύσταση ανόργανα κατά 72-75 % έχουν στο έδαφος μεγάλη σταθερότητα δεν βιοαποικοδομούνται ούτε αλλοιώνονται και εμφανίζουν απεριόριστη επαναληπτική δράση σε ρόφηση-εκρόφηση νερού ώστε λειτουργούν ως προωθητές γονιμότητας στο έδαφος σε κάθε μορφή ή ποιότητα εδάφους με αύξηση στην παραγωγή πρασίνου στην ανάπτυξη δένδρων και δασών και στην παραγωγή τροφίμων.ΰ
