Abstract
Η εφεύρεση αφορά σε μία τεχνολογική μέθοδο αξιοποίησης στερεών αποβλήτων μέσω της θερμικής συνεπεξεργασίας τους με συγκεκριμένες προστιθέμενες ορυκτές πρώτες ύλες σε ειδικό κλίβανο θερμικής επεξεργασίας τριών τμημάτων, για παραγωγή υδραυλικής κονίας ευρείας χρήσεως. Η μέθοδος χαρακτηρίζεται από προεπεξεργασία των στερεών αποβλήτων, ξήρανση και διαχωρισμό τους σε βαρύ και ελαφρύ κλάσμα. Το βαρύ κλάσμα τροφοδοτείται στο ενδιάμεσο σταθερό τμήμα του κλιβάνου όπου συναντά το μείγμα των ορυκτών πρώτων υλών το οποίο τροφοδοτείται στο υψηλότερο περιστρεφόμενο τμήμα του κλιβάνου. Το ελαφρύ κλάσμα αναμεμειγμένο με συμβατική καύσιμη ύλη τροφοδοτείται στον καυστήρα του κλιβάνου στο χαμηλότερο περιστρεφόμενο τμήμα του. Το προϊόν του κλιβάνου συνιστά το κλίνκερ της κονίας το οποίο με άλεση και προσθήκη γύψου δίνει ως τελικό προϊόν την υδραυλική κονία.Η μέθοδος εξασφαλίζει την μη παραγωγή υπολείμματος, την αξιοποίηση της τέφρας των στερεών αποβλήτων, τον περιορισμό της ατμοσφαιρικής ρύπανσης την δυνατότητα αξιοποίησης των στερεών αποβλήτων και την βιωσιμότητα της παραγωγικής διεργασίας.ΰ
