Abstract

Στεγανό φωτιστικό σώμα λαμπτήρων φθορισμού (1) με ενσωματωμένο κατοπτρικό διαχυτικό ή σφυρήλατο ανακλαστήρα (2) κατεύθυνσης του φωτός για την αύξηση της φωτιστικής του απόδοσης.Ο ανακλαστήρας (2) κατεύθυνσης του φωτός είναι διαμορφωμένος σε ενιαία μορφή από πλαστικό φιλμ τουλάχιστον μιας ανακλαστικής επιφάνειας με μικρό ειδικό βάρος, έτσι ώστε το κόστος υλικού να είναι 50 % μικρότερο από εκείνο ενός ιδίου ακριβώς ανακλαστήρα κατασκευασμένου από λεπτό φύλλο αλουμινίου. Η μεταλλική βάση (3) των ηλεκτρολογικών εξαρτημάτων του στεγανού φωτιστικού σώματος (1) στερεώνεται στον πάτο της πλαστικής βάσης (4) έτσι ώστε να έχει μικρότερες διαστάσεις και συνεπώς λιγότερο κόστος υλικού και μικρότερο κόστος συναρμολόγησης από ότι θα είχε αν στερεωνόταν σαν κάλυμμα (8) στο επάνω ανοιχτό μέρος της πλαστικής βάσης.Η μείωση του κόστους κατασκευής του ανακλαστήρα (2) και της μεταλλικής βάσης (3) ηλεκτρολογικών εξαρτημάτων σε συνδυασμό με την σωστή απόσταση του ανακλαστήρα (2) από τους λαμπτήρες φθορισμού (5), επιτρέπει την στάνταρ και μόνιμη ενσωμάτωση του ανακλαστήρα (2) κατεύθυνσης του φωτός μέσα στο στεγανό φωτιστικό σώμα φθορισμού (1) με αποτέλεσμα την αύξηση της φωτιστικής του απόδοσης κατά 15 %.ΰ
