Abstract
A series of new lipophylic speiranic, 4,6-diamino-symmetric triazines and the respectively salts, their isomers, stereomers and enantiomers, deriving from their bases and complexes with cyclodextrines.The invention refers to molecules, inhibitors of the enzyme of the bihydropholic reductase of a new type, to their composition and method thereof.The methods are characterised by the production of biguanides and their conversion into Lipophylic speiranic traizines either by cyclification in the presence of ketones following dilution in defferent solvents, in the presence of acids, or with heating, in the presence of hydrochloric acid as catalyst, until they melt, or with mixing of three reactants simultaneously and boiling under suitable conditions, extraction of the bases under suitable conditions and complex formation with cyclodextrines (natural or derivatives thereof).It is applied for the production, of anti-bacteria, anti-parasite and anticancer pharmacotherapeutic concoctions.
