Abstract

Η μέθοδος αναφέρεται στην λάξευση της παραδοσιακής πέτρας από μία τουλάχιστον πλευρά η οποία κατά την τοποθέτηση της πέτρας στο κτίσιμο να είναι ορατή. Η λάξευση επιτυγχάνεται ως εξής :Η πέτρα στερεώνεται πάνω σε μία βάση η οποία δύναται να κυλαέι κάθετα προς τις κοπτικές αιχμές των περιστρεφόμενων δίσκων, οι οποίοι την λαξεύουν με μορφή αυλακών σε βάθος 1-4 mm. Η αφαίρεση των τοιχωμάτων των αυλακών γίνεται στην συνέχεια χωρίς κόπο με ένα απλό χτύπημα. Δεν απαιτείται ειδικευμένος τεχνίτης μάστορας. Ο εξοπλισμός περιλαμβάνει : μία πετρελαιομηχανή 15 HP-3000 rpm, ένα άξονα μετάδοσης κίνησης -ο οποίος μεταδίδει κίνηση από την μηχανή στους δίσκους κοπής αλλά και σε μια τροχαλία η οποία με τη σειρά της κινεί αντλία που μεταφέρει το ψυκτικό μέσο ακροφυσίων στις αιχμές κοπής, μια βάση στήριξης πάνω στην οποία κυλάει η πλάκα στήριξης της πέτρας και η οποία διαθέτει προστατευτικά καλύμματα.Το προϊόν που λαμβάνεται είναι η παραδοσιακή πέτρα λαξευμένη και έτοιμη να κτισθεί ανάλογα με την περίσταση, με την λαξευμένη της πλευρά ή πλευρές ορατές με την αποπεράτωση του έργου.ΰ
