Εντός του προφίλ του σχήματος 1 τοποθετείται συμπαγής σίδηρος και τα δύο υλικά μορφοποιούνται μαζί πετυχαίνοντας το επιθυμητό σχήμα, επί της εσοχής του οποίου και κατά μήκος όλης της περιμέτρου εδράζεται και στηρίζεται η λεπτή μεταλλική επιφάνεια σχήμα 3, η οποία αποκτά την επιθυμητή ακαμψία με μικρότερο κόστος παραγωγής και μεγάλη παραγωγικότητα.ΰ
