Abstract
εφεύρεση ανήκει στον τομέα της βιοτεχνολογίας-κρυοβιολογίας-θεραπευτικής ανθρώπου. Αντικείμενο της εφεύρεσης είναι : α) τα αμνιακά κύτταρα που περιέχονται στο αμνιακό υγρό που περιβάλλει το έμβρυοστα πρώτα στάδια της ανάπτυξής του, γ) κάθε βιολογικό υλικό που προκύψει άμεσα ή έμμεσα από τα ανωτέρω αμνιακά κύτταρα, καθώς και οποιοδήποτε βιολογικό προϊόν ή παραπροϊόν που προκύψει από την χρήση τέτοιων κρυοδιατηρηθέντων αμνιακών κυττάρων μέσω αναπαραγωγής ή πολλαπλασιασμού τους υπό την ίδια ή διαφορετική μορφή και το οποίο διαθέτει τις ίδιες με αυτά γενετικές ιδιότητες και εφαρμογές.
Τα αμνιακά κύτταρα αυτά απομονώνονται από το φυσικό τους περιβάλλον και συντηρούνται με κατάψυξη για μεγάλα χρονικά διαστήματα μετά τον τερματισμό του φυσιολογικού χρόνου ζωής τους που είναι σύντομος μέσα στοφυσικό τους περιβάλλον,δηλ. μέσα στο αμνιακό υγρό. Σκοπός είναι η γενετική και ιατρική χρήση τους σε μεταγενέστερο της φυσιολογικής καταστροφής τους χρονικό διάστημα. Με τον τρόπο αυτό επιτυγχάνεται η χρήση πρωτογενών, αδιαφοροποίητων, γενετικά ταυτοσήμων κυττάρων κάθε ανθρώπου για διάγνωση και θεραπεία γενετικών ή μη ασθενειών, δυσλειτουργιών και ατυχημάτων, τόσο αυτών που είναι γνωστές σήμερα όσο και αυτών που θα εφρμοστούν μελλοντικά. ΰ
