Abstract

έθοδος και μηχανή κάμψεως μπετοβεργών, συρμάτων ή άλλου υλικού πρισματικής διατομής (1) η οποία χαρακτηρίζεται από έναν καμπτικό μηχανισμό αποτελούμενο από έναν κεντρικό πείρο (2) και έναν περιστρεφόμενο πείρο (3), ο οποίος πείρος (3) κάμπτει του υλικό (1) ως προς τον κεντρικό πείρο (2). Οι δύο πείροι (2), (3) δύνανται να μετατοπίζονται κάτω από το επίπεδο κάμψης και ο περιστρεφόμενος πείρος (3) να περιστρέφεται ως προς τον κεντρικό (2) κατά 180 μοίρες. Ταυτόχρονα μια αρπάγη (5) μεταφέρει το υλικό (1) στην απέναντι πλευρά του κεντρικού πείρου (2). Οι δύο πείροι (2) και (3) επανέρχονται στο επίπεδο κάμψεων, εγκλωβίζουν το υλικό (1) και το κάμπτουν προς την αντίθετη κατεύθυνση. Η μηχανή αποτελείται από δύο καμπτικούς μηχανισμούς, οι οποίοι κινούνται από τα άκρα του προς κάμψην υλικού προςένα εσωτερικό σημείο κάμπτοντας το υλικό (1) και προς τις δύο πλευρές σύμφωνα με την μέθοδο που αναφέρθηκε. ΰ
