έθοδος εκχυλίσεως ελαίου από ελαιοφόρα προϊόντα όπως ελιές και παρόμοια, η οποία περιλαμβάνει τα ακόλουθα στάδια : α1) τροφοδοσία ελαιομάζης σε ένα φυγοκεντρικό διαχωριστή οριζόντιου άξονα (εκχυλισα2) διαχωρισμό της ελαιομάζης σε τρεις συνιστώσες : ελαφρό υγρό, πολτό με ένα βαρύ υγρό συστατικό και στερεό κατάλοιβ) χωριστή εξαγωγή των εν λόγω συνιστωσών από το διαχωριστή. ΰ
