Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε ένα σύστημα κοχλία με καμπυλωτή εγκοπή στην κεφαλή του και κατσαβίδι με μύτη αντίστοιχου προφίλ, όπου ο κοχλίας (1) του συστήματος έχει κεφαλή (2) η οποία διαθέτει εγκοπή (3)διαμορφωμένη σε σχήμα τοξοειδούς καμπυλώδους Χ, κατά τρόπον ώστε να μην υπάρχει καμία γωνία σε όλο το μήκος της εγκοπής (3), το δε επινοηθέν κατσαβίδι (4) του συστήματος διαθέτει μύτη (5), το προφίλτης οποίας έχει κατάλληλη αντίστοιχη καμπυλώδη διαμόρφωση προκειμένου να δύναται να εισέρχεται αποκλειστικά και μόνο εντός της εγκοπής (3) της κεφαλής (2) του κοχλία (1) του συστήματος. Κατά την σύσφιξη ή την χαλάρωση του κοχλία (1) από το κατσαβίδι (4), η πίεση δεν ασκείται σε ένα συγκεκριμένο σημείο της εγκοπής (3) του κοχλία (1), αλλά σε όλα τα σημεία της τοξοειδούς καμπυλώδους εγκοπής (3), με αποτέλεσμα να μην δημιουργούνται παραμορφώσεις κατά μήκος της εγκοπής (3) της κεφαλής (2) του κοχλία(1) και δεν υφίσταται κίνδυνος να σπάσει ή να παραμορφωθεί η μύτη (5) του κατσαβιδιού (4) όση πίεσηκαι αν ασκηθεί.
