Abstract

Ζώνη κατεργασίας (σχήμα 2) για μηχανή βαφής υφασμάτων τύπου overflow (σχήμα 1) η οποία αποτελείται από αγωγό στον οποίο το λουτρό καταθλίβεται από αντλία (5) μέσω ακροφυσίου (6) υπό γωνία ως προς τοκορδόνι (1) που σχηματίζεται από τα τόπια του υφάσματος, και η οποία χαρακτηρίζεται από το ότι μέσα στον αγωγό είναι εγκατεστημένα περισσότερα του ενόςακροφύσια (6) στα οποία διαμοιράζεται το καταθλιβόμενο λουτρό, και από το ότι ο αγωγός στα διαστήματα μεταξύ των ακροφυσίων είναι διάτρητος (9). Αυτήη ζώνη κατεργασίας αυξάνει την παραγωγικότητα της μηχανής overflow γιατί συντομεύει όλα τα στάδιατηςβαφής.
