Abstract

Ρολόι - κόσμημα αποτελείται από ένα βραχιόλι (bracelet) (σχήματα 1,2) δύο διαφορετικών σχεδίων. Ο χρόνος αποτυπώνεται πάνω στην περίμετρό του με διαίρεση του συνολικού μήκους της σε 12 ίσα τμήματα για τις ενδείξεις των ωρών και επιπλέον 60 υποδιαιρέσεις σε κάθε τμήμα για τα λέπτα. Με τη χρήση μιας φωτεινής ακτίνας, η οποία κινείται με την βοήθεια ηλεκτρονικού κυκλώματος ή μηχανικά σε προκαθορισμένη περιμετρική προεία, ορίζεται η ώρα πάνω στο κόσμημα. Η κίνηση της φωτεινής ακτίνας-ένδειξης πραγματοποιείται με σταθερή γωνιακή ταχύτητα, τέτοια ώστε σε ένα 24ωρο να έχει διατρέξει δύο φορές την περίμετρο του κοσμήματος. Η ίδια λογική εφαρμόζεται τόσο σε κόσμημα-βραχιόλι όσο και σε δαχτυλίδι. Το πλεονέκτημα αυτής της εφεύρεσης είναι ότι συνδυάζει την πρακτικότητα της ώρας, με την αισθητικότητα ενός ωραίου κοσμήματος.
