Abstract

Πολύστρωτη κυψελωτή πλάκα (5) που αποτελείται απόκυψελωτό πυρήνα (3) και δύο επιδερμίδες (4) από σύνθετο υλικό με υαλονήματα ή ανθρακονήματα σε μήτρα από θερμοπλαστικό πολυμερές. Η δόμηση του κυψελωτού πυρήνα (3) γίνεται από μία συνεχή ταινία από ίδιο σύνθετο υλικό τοποθετημένη σε αλλεπάλληλες στρώσεις σχηματίζοντας χαρακτηριστική γεωμετρία αποτελούμενη από ισόπλευρα τρίγωνα. Στα διάκενα το διαμήκους οπλισμού (1) που έχουν σχηματιστεί συγκολλώνται τριγωνικά πρισματικά κελιά από το ίδιο υλικό με ίνες σε διεύθυνση συν ή πλην 45 μοίρες ως προς την κατακόρυφο δημιουργώντας έτσι με αυτογενή συγκόλληση στον κυψελωτό πυρήνα. Επί του πυρήνα τοποθετούνται δύο (επιδερμίδες) (4) από το ίδιο θερμοπλαστικό υλικό με μονοδιάστατη ενίσχυση ινών οπότε με αυτογενή συγκόλληση σχηματίζεται η ζητούμενη πλάκα. Περαιτέρω ενίσχυση της μήτρας μπορεί να επιτευχθεί με την προσθήκη κατάλληλα διατεταγμένων νανοσωλήνων άνθρακα. Λόγω των υλικών, της γεωμετρίας αλλάκαι της μεθόδου κατασκευής της η προτεινόμενη πλάκα διαθέτει αυξημένο λόγο αντοχής προς πυκνότητα ως προς διάτμηση, κάμψη και θλίψη σε σχέση με τις υπάρχουσες αντίστοιχες.
