Abstract
Περιγράφεται μια πολυσταδιακή μέθοδος παραγωγής βιοντήζελ υψηλής ταχύτητας. Η συγκεκριμένη εφεύρεσηπαρουσιάζει ένα υπόδειγμα εγκατάστασης παραγωγής βιοντήζελ με τη γνωστή μέθοδο της διπλής φάσης, η οποία εφεύρεση χαρακτηρίζεται από σύνδεση πολλών σταδίων επεξεργασίας σε σειρά, από υψηλή παραγωγικήικανότητα που δεν περιορίζεται από την συγκριτικάαργή πρώτη φάση λόγω της χρήσης ενδιάμεσων σταδίων αποθήκευσης του υλικού που βρίσκεται στην πρώτη φάση, με αποτέλεσμα την παρατεταμένη παραμονή στηνπρώτη φάση χωρίς συνακόλουθο περιορισμό στην ταχύτητα επεξεργασίας, η οποία υπαγορεύεται από την συγκριτικά ταχύτερη δεύτερη φάση. Επίσης η παρούσα εφεύρεση έχει τη δυνατότητα χρησιμοποίησης πρώτων υλών οποιασδήποτε ποιότητας, από παρθένα έλαια ως χρησιμοποιημένα λίπη-έλαια με μεγάλα ποσοστά ελεύθερων λιπαρών οξέων χωρίς την ανάγκη ρύθμισης της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας, κλιμακούμενο μέγεθος ημερήσιας παραγωγής, χαμηλή κατανάλωση νερού έκπλυσης λόγω της εφαρμογής συστήματος αντιρρεύματος σε αριθμόδοχείων έκπλυσης κατάλληλα συνδεδεμένων σε σειρά,αυτοματοποιημένη λειτουργία με χρήση ηλεκτρονικούαυτόματου συστήματος ελέγχου και ελάχιστη απαιτούμενη επιτήρηση από έναν χειριστή.
