Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αυτή αναφέρεται σε μια βιολογικώς καθαρή απομόνωση ενός μυκητιακού στελέχους Fusarium solani με κωδικό όνομα στελέχους "Fs-K" και στη χρήση αυτού για τον βιολογικό έλεγχο παθογόνων φυτών. Η εφεύρεση περιλαμβάνει το μυκήλιο του στελέχους ήοποιανδήποτε γενετικής τροποποίησης αυτού, τα αγενώς παραγόμενα κονίδια και χλαμυδοσπόρια του μύκητακαι τις καλλιέργειες του στελέχους "Fs-K" (σε στερεά ή υγρά υποστρώματα ανάπτυξης) που περιέχουν τομυκήλιο ή και τα κονίδια ή και τα χλαμυδοσπόρια του μύκητα, καθώς και οποιανδήποτε εκχύλισμα ή συστατικό αυτού που προέρχεται από την ανάπτυξη του στελέχους Fs-K ή γενετικής τροποποίησης αυτού. Η εφεύρεση περιλαμβάνει περαιτέρω οργανικά υποστρώματα ανάπτυξης φυτών και άλλες συνθέσεις υποστρωμάτων ανάπτυξης είτε μυκήτων είτε φυτών, τα οποία περιλαμβάνουν μορφές του μύκητα (κάθε βλαστική και μη δομή αυτού που εμπλέκεται στον βιολογικό έλεγχο). Η εφεύρεση περιλαμβάνει περαιτέρω τη χρήση του μύκηταγια την προαγωγή της υγείας των φυτών, την προστασία τους από παθογόνους μικροοργανισμούς και τη ρύθμιση του περιβάλλοντος της ριζόσφαιρας.
