Abstract
Το ενιαίο μονοφασικό εμφύτευμα αποτελείται από το κυρίως υλικό της ενδοστικής μοίρας του εμφυτεύματος, Ti ή ZrO2, που προεκτείνεται στην διαβλεννογόνια και στηρικτική της οδοντικής αποκατάστασης μοίρα ως ενισχυτικός πυρήνας φέρων συνδεδεμένη επικάλυψη αισθητικού υλικού, κεραμικού ή υαλοκεραμικού, προσκολλημένη ή με συγκολλητικό μέσο ή με πυροσυσσωμάτωση, τήξη ή θερμοσυμπίεση. Το ενιαίο σύμπλεγμα εμφυτεύματος - στηρίγματος είναι πλήρως απαλλαγμένο από τα μηχανικά και βιολογικά μειονεκτήματα μηχανικής σύνδεσης του εμφυτεύματος με κάποιο ανεξάρτητο διαβλεννογόνιο στήριγμα. Συγχρόνως, στην διαβλεννογόνια και στηρικτική μοίρα η αισθητική επικάλυψη είναι πολύ ανθεκτική στις λειτουργικές πιέσεις αφού δεν δέχεται καταστροφικές εφελκυστικές τάσεις αλλά μόνο συμπιεστικές. Διαθέτει επίσης την κατάλληλη σκληρότητα ώστε να είναι δεκτική κλινικών τροποποιήσεων με ενδοστοματική Παρασκευή.
