Abstract

Το σύστημα διαθερμίας υπερήχων πλήρως ελεγχόμενης λειτουργίας είναι μια διαθερμία υπερήχων, η οποία μπορεί να εφαρμοστεί με ασφάλεια σε πολύ ευαίσθητους νευρικούς ιστούς όπως αυτούς του εγκεφάλου, νωτιαίου μυελού, κ.α. Προκαλεί τομή και αιμόσταση στους ιστούς, στεγανοποιεί αγγεία σχετικά μικρής διατομής όπως αυτά που συναντάμε στον εγκέφαλο, χωρίς να προκαλεί την ρήξη αυτών. Δεν προκαλεί την διασπορά υγρών, λόγο μεταπήδησης και η χρήση της είναι όσο το δυνατόν απλούστερη και φιλική προς τον χρήστη. Μία ηλεκτρονική συσκευή ελέγχου λειτουργίας (7) ελέγχει την λειτουργία της διαθερμίας υπερήχων στην τελική βαθμίδα, δηλαδή στην βαθμίδα εξόδου της διαθερμίας υπερήχων ρυθμίζοντας έτσι την ισχύ εξόδου κατά τέτοιον τρόπο ώστε να έχουμε τομή και αιμόσταση σε πολύ ευαίσθητους ιστούς αποφεύγοντας την βλάβη και την καταστροφή τους από τα μεγάλα ποσά θερμικής ενέργειας.
