Abstract

Το σύστημα προώθησης είναι ένας μηχανισμός τεχνικής αύξησης της ταχύτητας πτώσης του προς συσκευασία στερεού προϊόντος για κάθετες μηχανές συσκευασίας. Ο μηχανισμός αποτελείται από μία ηλεκτρομαγνητική βαλβίδα (V), ένα ακροφύσιο (Ν) και ένα ρυθμιστήροής αέρα (Β). Η λειτουργία του είναι να υποβοηθά την πτώση του προϊόντος με ριπές αέρα μέσα στο φορμαρισμένο σακουλάκι ώστε να είναι δυνατή η αύξηση της ταχύτητας των κινητών σιαγώνων συγκόλλησης (3) της μηχανής συσκευασίας και κατά συνέπεια αύξησητων παραχθέντων τεμαχίων προϊόντος ανά μονάδα χρόνου.
