Abstract

Η μέθοδος προτείνει ένα νέο τρόπο σύνδεσης των διαφόρων στοιχείων των ηλεκτρικών δικτύων (π. χ. αγωγών ρεύματος, μπαρών, αποζευκτών, διακοπτών, αλεξικέραυνων, κλπ.). Η μέθοδος βασίζεται στην αρχή ότιοι συνδέσεις των στοιχείων των ηλεκτρικών συστημάτων υπηρετούν δύο εντελώς διαφορετικούς σκοπούς, την καλή ηλεκτρική συνέχεια και την μηχανική αντοχή της επαφής. Κατά συνέπεια, οι αντίστοιχες συνδέσεις είναι σκόπιμο να αντιμετωπιστούν ως αποτελούμενες από δύο μέρη τα οποία υλοποιούνται με χωριστά στοιχεία. Το πρώτο στοιχείο υλοποιεί την μηχανική επαφή η οποία πρέπει να αντέχει στις μηχανικές καταπονήσεις και επίσης, να προστατεύει την πιο ευαίσθητη ηλεκτρική επαφή από κάθε μηχανική καταπόνηση. Το δεύτερο στοιχείο υλοποιεί την ηλεκτρική επαφή η οποία προορίζεται να διατηρεί χαμηλή την ηλεκτρική αντίσταση διάβασης και επίσης, να παραμένει αναλλοίωτη στο χρόνο από τις περιβαλλοντικές επιδράσεις (διάβρωση κλπ.). Προκειμένου να επιτευχθεί καλή ηλεκτρική επαφή μεταξύ των αγωγών ρεύματος ή άλλων ηλεκτρικών στοιχείων των δικτύων (αποζεύκτες, διακόπτες, αλεξικέραυνα, κλπ.), οποιαδήποτε μέθοδος συγκόλλησης μετάλλων μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί, ιδιαίτερα δε η μέθοδος εξωθερμικής συγκόλλησης. Προκειμένου να επιτευχθεί ανθεκτική μηχανική επαφή η οποία παράλληλα θα προστατεύει την ηλεκτρική επαφή, μια κατάλληλη διάταξη με χρήση σφικτήρων χρησιμοποιείται.
