Abstract

Μετατροπή κουτιού ρολού αλουμινίου από ισοθερμικό σε θερμομονωτικό με τη διατήρηση των προφίλ (1) και (3) ως έχουν, την μετατροπή του προφίλ (2) σε δύο προφίλ (2α), (2β) ενωμένα με ένα προφίλ υαλοενισχυμένου πολυαμιδίου (7), την μετατροπή του προφίλ (4) σε τρία προφίλ (4α), (4β), (4γ) ενωμένα με δύο προφίλ υαλοενισχυμένων πολυαμιδίων (7), την κοπή του ζεύγους χυτών πλαϊνών σε δύο τμήματα (5α), (5β) ενωμένα με μία άνιση θερμομονωτική ζώνη πολυαμιδίου (8) μέσω κλιπ, την τροποποίηση του ζεύγους πλαστικών διαχειριστικών (6α), την προσθήκη στο κουτί ρολού αλουμινίου μίας ζώνης μονωτικού υλικού (9), και τη διατήρηση άξονα, θώρακα, οδηγών και μηχανισμού μετάδοσης κίνησης είτε χειροκίνητα είτε ηλεκτρικά ως έχουν. Κύρια χαρακτηριστικά η μεγάλη στιβαρότητα και η μικρή επιβάρυνση κόστους της μετατροπής.
