Abstract

Novelty: a folding shading roofing system (folding pergola-roof) is disclosed. Constitution: two or several guides 2 on the top of which the panels 1,7 are moving via the runners 4,12 rolling inside the upper part of the guides 2 and via a connecting arrangement having the blades 3,5. The driving runner 4 set at the opposite side of the base 11 supporting the guides 2 is connected to the driving system potentially bearing around the motor’s shaft 15 and at both ends of this last seating on the guides 2 a torque spring 16 the extremities of which are adapted to the ring 17 fitting the grooves of the shaft 15 and rotating therewith, and the ring 18 which remains unmoving and unloaded throughout the deployment of the pergola to back up the motor. One from the other runners 12 -excepting the driving runner 4- should be immobilized to define the gathering point of the panels during the deployment of the pergola. The steady runner 12 defines the power of the pergola-moving driving system. The guides 2 are seated on the base 11 which is, in turn, articulated to the steady base 13. The in -length direction of the relative position of the guides 2 in relationship to the base 11 can change, since the blade 10 is stabilised on the guides 2 via the screws 8.
