Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά σε μια σταθερή φαρμακευτική σύνθεση στερεάς μορφής για από του στόματος χορήγηση που να περιέχει μια θεραπευτικά αποτελεσματική ποσότητα ενός ατυπικού αντιψυχωτικού παράγοντα ή ενός φαρμακευτικά αποδεκτού άλατος, παραγώγου ή πολύμορφου αυτού, και συγκεκριμένα ολανζαπίνη σε συνδυασμό με ένα υδατοδιαλυτό αραιωτικό μέσο, ένα μόριο συνδέτη και ένα αποσαθρωτικό προκειμένου να εμποδιστούν η αποικοδόμηση ή και ανακρυστάλλωση. Αφορά επίσης μια μέθοδο για την παρασκευή αυτής.
