Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά φαρμακευτικά σκευάσματα του γλυκονικού δισθενή σιδήρου (Fe +2). Ειδικότερα, η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά τις στερεές φαρμακευτικές μορφές του γλυκονικού δισθενή σιδήρου (Fe +2) κατάλληλες για χορήγηση σε μορφή πόσιμου διαλύματος, κόνεως για παρασκευή πόσιμου διαλύματος, κόκκων, δισκίων, καψουλών. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση περιλαμβάνει: 7 - 20 τοις εκατό γλυκονικό σίδηρο, 10 - 50 τοις εκατό δεξτρόζη, 20 - 50 τοις εκατό φρουκτόζη, 20 - 50 τοις εκατό και σορβιτόλη, 1 - 4 τοις εκατό αντιοξειδωτικό και 0,2 έως 2 τοις εκατό ενός βελτιωτικού ροής, και δεν περιέχει συντηρητικό. Τα φαρμακευτικά σκευάσματα της παρούσας εφεύρεσης μπορούν επίσης να περιέχουν γλυκαντικές ουσίες όπως ακετοσουλφαμικό κάλιο και αρώματα ως βελτιωτικά γεύσης, όπως φράουλα ή μέντα και να είναι σε μορφή πόσιμου διαλύματος, κόνεως για παρασκευή πόσιμου διαλύματος, κόκκων, δισκίων, καψουλών.
