Abstract
Η παρούσα ευρεσιτεχνία αναφέρεται στη χρήση μιας σύνθεσης που περιέχει συνδετικό ιστό δέρματος, το οποίο προέρχεται από ζώα, των οποίων το κρέας προορίζεται για βρώση, ως φορέα για την ενσωμάτωση του ελαίου σε προϊόντα, που έχουν ως βάση το κρέας. Η σύνθεση αυτή, μπορεί να παρασκευαστεί είτε με διαδικασία που περιλαμβάνει στάδιο θερμικής επεξεργασίας, είτε με διαδικασία που δεν περιλαμβάνει στάδιο θερμικής επεξεργασίας. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται ακόμα σε μια διαδικασία παρασκευής προϊόντος με βάση το κρέας, όπου η διαδικασία αυτή περιλαμβάνει την παρασκευή μιας σύνθεσης, που περιέχει συνδετικό ιστό δέρματος και έλαιο, και την προσθήκη της εν λόγω σύνθεσης σε μάζα κρέατος ή κρεατόπαστα, προκειμένου να παραχθεί το προϊόν με βάση το κρέας.
