Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αφορά διακοσμητική επικάλυψη με μορφή τεχνητής εύκαμπτης πέτρας, ως θερμομονωτική και υγρομονωτική ταπετσαρία εξωτερικού και εσωτερικού χώρου, βραδυφλεγής και επιτοίχια, είτε επιδαπέδια. Η εφεύρεσή μας: Α. τυγχάνει ταυτόχρονα θερμομονωτική, υγρομονωτική, ηχομονωτική και βραδυφλεγής, Β. έχει πάχος 2 - 6 mm και είναι εύκαμπτη. Έχει συμπεριφορά απλής ταπετσαρίας τοίχου κατά την τοποθέτησή της, ενώ αγκαλιάζει τα δοκάρια και τις γωνίες, χωρίς να αφήνει κενά, Γ. είναι διακοσμητική και έχει μορφή ανάγλυφης πέτρας - βότσαλου τούβλου κ.ο.κ., Δ. έχει βάρος 2,5 - 5 kg/τμ, ώστε να μην επιβαρύνει τη στατικότητα των κτιρίων και παρασκευάζεται είτε σε μορφή φύλλων, είτε σε μορφή πλακιδίων, Ε. δύναται να τοποθετηθεί εύκολα, από τον ίδιο τον καταναλωτή και απευθείας, χωρίς τη χρήση άλλου υλικού σε μπετόν, σοβά, τσιμεντοσανίδα, μεταλλικές και ξύλινες επιφάνειες, με κόλλα ενός συστατικού, ΣΤ. μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί είτε σε δάπεδα, είτε σε τοίχους, τόσο σε εξωτερικούς, όσο και σε εσωτερικούς χώρους, Ζ. είναι οικολογικό και ενεργειακό προϊόν, Η. αντέχει σε θερμοκρασίες από -30 βαθμούς Κελσίου ως +80 βαθμούς Κελσίου. Τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά: Χρήση: διακοσμητική επικάλυψη με μορφή τεχνητής εύκαμπτης πέτρας ως θερμομονωτική και υγρομονωτική ταπετσαρία εξωτερικού και εσωτερικού χώρου, βραδυφλεγής και επιτοίχια, είτε επιδαπέδια. Σύνθεση: 1. ελαφρόπετρα σε ποσοστό 10 - 30 τοις εκατό, 2. περλίτης σε ποσοστό 20-40 τοις εκατό, 3. τσιμεντοειδή σε ποσοστό 25 - 50 τοις εκατό, 4. ρητίνη σε ποσοστό 25 - 60 τοις εκατό, 5. ανόργανες χρωστικές, ανάλογα με την επιθυμητή τεχνοτροπία, 6. ίνες κυτταρίνης σε ποσοστό 1-3 τοις εκατό και 7. βραδυφλεγές γεωύφασμα στην πλάτη του υλικού.
