Abstract

Η μαρμελάδα αποτελείται από δυο μέρη φρούτων ή λαχανικών και ένα μέρος ζάχαρης, εμπλουτισμένη με φυσικό χυμό λεμονιού (ως συντηρητικό) και μεσογειακό κουκουναρόσπορο επικαλυμμένο με φύλλο βρώσιμο χρυσού ή αργύρου. Τα πλεονεκτήματα της καινοτομίας είναι ότι, η μαρμελάδα που παρουσιάζεται, σε σύγκριση με τις απλές μαρμελάδες περιέχει μεσογειακό κουκουναρόσπορο και φύλλο βρώσιμου χρυσού ή αργυρού ή και συνδυασμό αυτών.
