Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά φαρμακευτικά σκευάσματα για παρεντερική χορήγηση, τα οποία περιέχουν Βορικοναζόλη ή κάποιο φαρμακευτικά αποδεκτό άλας αυτής ως δραστική ουσία και έναν παράγοντα διαλυτοποίησης, όπως υδροξυπροπυλ-β-κυκλοδεξτρίνη, ώστε να επιτευχθεί αυξημένη διαλυτότητα της δραστικής ουσίας. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση παρέχει επίσης μέθοδο για την παρασκευή του παραπάνω σκευάσματος.
