Abstract

Novelty: a normal-flow branch crasher equipped with an original system of cutting blades is disclosed. Constitution: the rotor (1) at the base (9), and the cutting blades (2) adjustable in position and inserted, in a precise arrangement, into the recesses of the rotor offer continuous operation, better crushing as well as avoidance of the overloading of the machine and breaking of the blades and rotor. The inclination of the funnel (4) along with the operation of the rotor (1) with the blades (2) result in the fast regular flow of the branches so that no branch propeller is needed; the stable blade (3) placed in vertical relationship to the branch flow leads to the perfect crushing of the branches as well as to the lesser strain of the machine, pair of blades (2,3) and drum of the rotor (1), during cutting. Purpose: lesser power consumption and greater efficiency while cutting.
