Abstract

Ένα σύστημα για την επεξεργασία και πλέξη καλωδίων χαλκού που αποτελείται από έναν βιομηχανικό κύλινδρο (1) που φέρει το καλώδιο χαλκού (2), από μία ή περισσότερες μπομπίνες (7) επί των οποίων περιελίσσεται το καλώδιο χαλκού (2), και από μια πλεκτική μηχανή (9), είτε χειροκίνητη είτε διαθέτουσα μοτέρ (15) με ιμάντα (16) και πλατό (17), επί της οποίας έχει διενεργηθεί, προσθήκη δύο κάθετων και επιμηκυσμένων κλωστοδοτών, (10) ανάμεσα στους οποίους ενσωματώνεται ρολόι (11) ρύθμισης ξετυλίγματος κλωστής και ρεκτιφιέ στα τρίγωνα (24) κατά 0,3 έως 0,5 χιλιοστά, ούτως ώστε, οι βελόνες (20), οι οποίες τοποθετούνται αραιά και εναλλάξ μια πάνω και μια κάτω και σε μήκος 40 εκατοστών και στις δύο πλάκες ενώ σε επιλεγμένα σημεία της πλεκτικής μηχανής (9) τοποθετούνται βαρίδια (22) για το τέντωμα του καλωδίου (2) κατά τη διαδικασία παραγωγής.
