Abstract

ία μέθοδος δια την παρασκευήν ενός 16α,21-δίς-κατωτέρου αλκανοϋλίου της 9α-αλογονο-17α-ολο-4-πρεγκνενο-3,11,20-τριόνης, ήτις περιλαμβάνει την υποβολήν ενός 16α,21-δίς-κατωτέρου αλκανοϋλίου της 9α-αλογονο-11β,17α-διολο-4-πρεγκνενο-3,20-διόνης είς αντίδρασιν μετά του ανυδρίτου του χρωμικού οξέος εντός ενός αδρανούς διαλύτου και εάν είναι επιθυμητόν,την μετατροπήν του ούτω ληφθέντος προϊόντος, είς την αντίστοιχον 9α-αλογονο-16α,17α,21-τριολο-4-πρεγκνενο-3,11,20-διόνης διά κατεργασίας με εν υδροξείδιον μετάλλουτων αλκαλίων.
