Abstract

The herein disclosed tendon crafts securing device is composed of: a) an accessory having the form of a cylinder portion furnished with rings serving for the securing of grafts on the cylinder's outer side and recesses for the insertion of a screw at the inner side and b) a screw characterised by oblong head, thinner tail portion and a threaded bore at the other end accomodating the fitting of a propeller or extractor. The device is destined for securing grafts (e.g. tendons etc) in orthopedic surgical operations (e.g. cruciate knee ligament etc).
