Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται στην μορφοποίηση στερεών φαρμακοτεχνικών μορφών οι οποίες περιέχουν θεραπευτική ποσότητα ενός αναστολέας της ακέτυλοχοληνεστεράσης, και συγκεκριμένα η υδροχλωρική Δονεπεζίλη ή άλατα αυτής, σε συνδυασμό με ένα έκδοχο πουεξαρτάται από το ρΗ ως παράγοντας κάλυψης της γεύσης, το οποίο παρεμποδίζει την απελευθέρωση της δραστικής ουσίας στο περιβάλλον ρΗ της στοματικής κοιλότητας, ενώ το συγκεκριμένο έκδοχο είναι πλήρως διαλυτό στο όξινο περιβάλλον και ελάχιστα διαλυτό σε ουδέτερο ή αλκαλικό περιβάλλον, και μια παραγωγική διαδικασία για την παρασκευή αυτών των μορφώνμετην μέθοδο της υγρής κοκκοποίησης.
