Abstract
Αποκαλύπτεται μια ενσωματωμένη διεργασία για την παραγωγή ηλεκτρικής ισχύος μέσω της ενσωμάτωσης της ανάκτησης απορριπτόμενης θερμότητας από μια μονάδα για την παραγωγή κλίνκερ και της ανάκτησης θερμότητας από μια μονάδα για τη συγκέντρωση ηλιακής ισχύος (CSP), η οποία περιλαμβάνει τα ακόλουθα στάδια: α1) ανάκτηση της απορριπτόμενης θερμότητας των αερίων διεργασίας μέσω της παροχής των εν λόγω αερίων διεργασίας σε έναν κύκλο Rankine όπου το κινητήριο ρευστό είναι νερό και ατμός νερού με παραγωγή κορεσμένου ατμού σε μια θερμοκρασία μεταξύ 250 και 275 βαθμούς Κελσίου και σε μια πίεση μεταξύ 40 και 60 bar, α2) παραγωγή περαιτέρω κορεσμένου ατμού στις ίδιες συνθήκες θερμοκρασίας και πίεσης του σταδίου α1) μέσω της θερμότητας που δημιουργείται από την CSP, β) ανάμιξη της ροής κορεσμένου ατμού που προέρχεται από τα στάδια α1) και α2) και υπερθέρμανση του μίγματος μέχρι μια θερμοκρασία μεταξύ 500 και 520 βαθμούς Κελσίου, γ) τροφοδοσία του ρεύματος υπέρθερμου ατμού σε μια πίεση μεταξύ 40 και 60 bar και σε μια θερμοκρασία μεταξύ 500 και 520 βαθμούς Κελσίου που προέρχεται από το στάδιο β) σε έναν στρόβιλο συμπύκνωσης, διαστολή του ίδιου ατμού με δημιουργία ηλεκτρικής ισχύος. Αποκαλύπτεται επίσης η σχετική συσκευή.
