Abstract

Ο υβριδικός διανεμητής για αρδεύσεις εισάγεται και επικολλάται στο εσωτερικό ενός σωλήνα (2) κατά την φάση της παραγωγής του. Ο διανεμητής φέρει αριθμό από τοπικές προεξοχές (45) που επικαλύπτονται πλήρως από τον σωλήνα (2) που διογκώνεται τοπικά. Το νερό εξέρχεται από δύο ακροσωλήνια (44) που προεξέχουν εμφανώς και δημιουργούνται εντός των προεξοχών (45) με την αποκοπή των άκρων, και εκτοξεύεται χιαστί προς δύο αντίθετες κατευθύνσεις και σε μικρές διακριτές αποστάσεις. Μέθοδος για την ενσωμάτωση σταλακτών και εξαρτημάτων σε αρδευτικό αγωγό (2) όπου οι σταλάκτες ή διανεμητές (14, 40) με ή χωρίς εμφανείς προεξοχές (18, 45) στην εξωτερική τους επιφάνεια (24), εισάγονται στο εσωτερικό του σωλήνα (2) κατά την φάση της παραγωγής του. Ο διανεμητής (14, 40) συμπιέζεται από δύο αντικριστούς ελαστικούς τροχούς (20) που τα επίπεδα των τροχών και της περιστροφής τους σχηματίζουν μεταξύ τους γωνία, τοποθετούνται εξωτερικά του εξωθούμενου σωλήνα (2) και κινούνται με την περιφερειακή ταχύτητα V της εξώθησης με την βοήθεια ανεξάρτητου κινητήριου μηχανισμού. Η αποκοπή των άκρων γίνεται με περιστρεφόμενες φρέζες (77) που φέρουν δόντια-λάμες με κοίλο και κωνικό κοπτικό προφίλ. Η μορφή του σωλήνα διατηρείται κυλινδρική κατά την αποκοπή με σειρές από κοίλα ράουλα διατεταγμένα υπό γωνία 120 μοιρών καλύπτοντας ολόκληρη την περιφέρεια.
