Abstract

Η επινόηση αναφέρεται σε μονωτικό προφίλ που δύναται να χρησιμοποιηθεί για την κατασκευή οροφών και τοίχων. Το προφίλ αποτελείται από ένα εξωτερικό τμήμα γαλβανισμένου μετάλλου (1), το οποίο μπορεί να είναι ειδικά διαμορφωμένο στο επιθυμητό σχήμα, μέσω προφιλιέρας και ένα εσωτερικό τμήμα πολυεστέρα (3). Ανάμεσά τους εφαρμόζεται μονωτικό υλικό, όπως είναι ο αφρός πολυουρεθάνης (2), ή ακόμα και ο πετροβάμβακας. Τα τρία υλικά προκύπτουν από συνεχή γραμμή παραγωγής, πρεσάρονται και ψήνονται σε κατάλληλη θερμοκρασία, πριν κοπούν στις επιθυμητές διαστάσεις.
