Abstract
ία μέθοδος διά την αφαίρεσιν αιθάλης εξ αερίων, ήτις περιλαμβάνει την προσθήκην ύδατος εις το περιέχον την αιθάλην αέριον διά τον κορεσμόν και ταυτοχρόνως την ψύξιν του ρηθέντος αερίου εις μίαν θερμοκρασίαν ήτις κείται ολιγώτερον από 40 βαθμούς Κ κάτω του σημείου δρόσου, τον πλήρη κατ' ουσίαν αποχωρισμόν του προκύπτοντος απαιωρήματος αιθάλης εντόςύδατος, ως και οιωνδήποτε παρασυρθέντων σταγονιδίων ύδατος, εκ του αερίου, την προσθήκην κεκορεσμένου ατμού εις το αέριον, είτα δε την περαιτέρω ψύξιν του αερίου δι' εναλλαγής θερμότητος αμέσως ή εμμέσως, και την κατά την διάρκειαν της ρηθείσης ψύξεως συμπλήρωσιν κατ' ουσίαν της αφαιρέσεως της αιθάλης εκ του αερίου.
